NETWORK RAIL – CLINICAL FACILITY, ASHFORD

Grade II listed building owned by Network rail. The brief looked to utilise a redundant office area
and form a clinical facility; intended for injuries and blood tests. The space incorporated
reception, Dis. WC, audio testing room, and examination rooms. The listed building required
careful consideration in order to not only preserve the building fabric but to enhance it with the
new carefully integrated facility. A full detail design was prepared for fabric, M&E, decoration
and structural changes
