Vision
Our Carbon Conscious Design division helps clients define, design and deliver a genuine path to Net Zero, embedding sustainability into every stage of a project — from initial feasibility through to completion — rather than treating it as an afterthought.
Scope
Our services span the full project lifecycle: Net Zero feasibility studies, energy statements and BREEAM assessments at planning stage; SBEM, DSM and CIBSE TM54 modelling, plus Whole Life Carbon Assessment, at design stage; and BRUKL compliance, EPC certification and MEES reporting at completion.
Approach
Using tools including IES Virtual Environment and OneClick LCA, we translate national and sector-specific carbon targets into practical, costed solutions for buildings and estates, from site-wide decarbonisation strategies and national EV rollouts to targeted efficiency upgrades, giving clients confidence at every stage from RIBA 0 to 7.
