Following the refurbishment works concluded in 2020, 90 High Holborn has stood as a prominent presence with its iconic curved glass façade, offering a breathtaking view of the grand frontage of the Rosewood Hotel. The building has been transformed to accommodate flexible workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, a café, bar, and private event space.

Scope of Works

360 Design Solutions took charge of conducting acoustic benchmark testing on the building fabric of the instantly recognisable 90 High Holborn. Our acoustic design team played a pivotal role in supporting the fitout of flexible workspaces and breakout areas, in addition to contributing to the design of the MEP systems.
