OFFICE REFURBISHMENT

The building is currently utilised as office space for two separate departments, situated across
two floors. Originally constructed in the early 20th Century the building has been adapted over
the century and had become run down and inadequate for the current occupants. A feasibility
study was carried out which in turn defined the brief for the refurbishments. A design was then
proposed for a full internal refurbishment, which included the removal of extensive amounts of
asbestos. Key to the project was understanding the specific needs of the departments and
adapting the building to suit.
