Project Background

After undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment in 2021, Victoria House earned the prestigious 2022 RIBA London Award. This neoclassical Grade II-listed office building in Holborn, initially designed as the headquarters for an insurance company, has been transformed into a multifaceted space, now offering 25,000m2 of LABS flexible workspace, hospitality, retail, and event areas.

Scope of Works

In a project of this nature, acoustic design holds paramount importance, and 360 Design Solutions played a crucial role in supporting the fitout of flexible workspaces, the ground floor members lounge, meeting pods, and common areas.
