Poole Quay is the second largest natural harbour in the world and home to some of the most desirable locations for British restauranteurs. It was right at the initial stage of one such restaurant’s expansion, that we were instructed to bring their design dreams to reality.

Challenges

Perhaps more so than with any other business, restaurant refurbishments require a quick turnaround. We delivered on this with continuous project management services from the feasibility stage, right through to handover.

Design Solution

Design 360’s team were regular visitors during the construction phase and oversaw survey, planning, building control, mechanical and electrical design and crucially for the clients’ environmental ambitions, low carbon engineering. Our Principle Designer and Clerk of Works ensured that all elements were delivered to the highest of standards, on time and within budget.
