Some 14 million families live below the poverty line, according to The Trussell Trust.
Last year, some three million emergency food parcels were delivered to families in crisis by the foodbank it supports.
So, when the opportunity arose to support the Chichester District Foodbank we had to help.
The team in our Chichester office collected 27.3 kilos of goods – equivalent in weight to 109 meals. Our Practice Manager Jane Butler presented the donations to the Warehouse Manager Marie Wallace from the foodbank today.
We’re pleased to able to help out such a worthy cause which does so much to help so many people.
